Your Data

Once you have completed your membership application form the details you enter are transferred to our Club spreadsheet/database. The forms are kept as a proof that you have agreed to our use of your data. This information is kept so that we can contact you either by post, email or telephone, and will only ever be disclosed to a fellow member for contact purposes, the BMFA and their chosen insurer, if required, or to any Law Enforcement Agency on proper request. Other information provided will be used solely by the Club to offer information and assistance relevant to you.

This data will be kept up to date and you undertake to keep the Club updated with any relevant changes as and when needed. Your data will be kept active for as long as you are a member of The Northrepps Model Flying Club and in line with our privacy policy which can be viewed on the main homepage.
